Evel Knievel’s Advice
As a child we had no television. This wasn’t because we couldn’t afford one but because my parents didn’t want me to have too many evil influences.
Nevertheless I heard about a man called Evel Knievel who went on TV and jumped over buses, broke 40 bones in a single crash, rocketed above the Snake River Canyon and lived to tell about it.
Sadly “Evel” Robert Knievel has passed away but thanks to ‘You Tube’ I enjoyed watching his last speech. At the time of his speech he knew his time on this earth was limited. Here are the highlights:
1. Have Health
2. Believe in God
3. Have somebody to love and somebody that loves you
4. Have a job you love - Something to do.
5. Do right because it’s right.
6. Follow your dream.
“If you have a dream you follow it! I’m sure it’ll come true for you”.
