I Need You
Things happen as you get closer to 100. As I was just getting started with Dee at Citadel Assisted Living today, I noticed she was not quite up to par.
I am keeping her doctor up to date but bilateral ankle swelling has developed though her lungs remain clear.
Caregiver “Angie” came through and for some reason went into her bedroom. “Angie”, “I need you,” Dee entreated.
“What do you need?” questioned Angie. Grinning sheepishly she replied “I need YOU to go walk and exercise with HIM (pointing to me) “.
We physical therapists know that strengthening “by proxy” never works. One must take steps to improve one’s condition or situation daily.
But what next? If you’re a physical therapist or have a loved one who is, please send them to www.CashPracticeSecrets.com . It has changed my life for the better.
All the best,
Lance
